Audio cutting out randomly while playing back radio or pandora

  Hi, I just bought a G13 for my Toyota Tundra and the audio is cut off during playback with sometimes a loud buzzz.  It will play back again later on its own with no reason what-so-ever.  Sometimes restaart the vehicle will work, sometimes not.  I am connected via bluetooth when streaming, but this also doesn't have audio when playing the radio from the unit.

  
  When the audio shuts off, not even the radio is working.  My USB thumb drive with videos do not have audio either.  In the morning, when it's cool outside, NO Problems, audio plays perfect with radio, android auto - Pandora, video playback w/audio.
  
  Yesterday, I have factory reset the device, upon boot, still no audio.  This morning it is working again but the problem seems intermitted, maybe overheating, or maybe faulting playback module.  I don't know.

  Tips:
  1.
  Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
  2.
  Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.  
  3.
  Copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.    
  4.
  Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
  then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
  Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates" to start the update.
  ***NOTE:
  Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".
