Just received/installed this unit (Amazon.com: Dasaita Android 12 Car Radio for Toyota 4Runner 2010-2019, 2K 10.25" Touchscreen, 6GB+64GB, Qualcomm 8 Core, Built-in 4G Cellular : Electronics), running Android 12. Only issue I am having is the audio while reversing. It continues to play as soon as I put it in reverse, but once I am back in drive, about 2-3 seconds later it stops. I've gone into Car settings and reversing audio is set to On. What else could be causing this? I haven't tested it using other music sources.
Also, are there any updates for this model?

@Abbey Moseley @Ethan W Could you kindly send us a video to demonstrate the situation that you mentioned, we have not received any requiry with the same issue? We will diagnose the problem according to the video that you provided.
The problem presents itself, it seems, only while in CarPlay. I tested using the radio app and it did not happen in this app. I do not have the ability to test this in Android Auto.
@Ethan W @Abbey Moseley The video is not long enough to see the problem, please confirm if you mean it will automatically stop when you revert back to the carplay page for a few second and then the music will play again, or the "revert back" will cut the music and will not recover.
Our technician suggested you could go to Settings > System > Factory reset the system.
The audio never recovers, meaning once out of reverse, it stops completely.
