Hello,
Does anyone have the fix for the black screen issue? 1 on 3 times I turn the car on, the screen is black even though the buttons light up. Everything is hooked up correctly. I've attached my build screenshot as well. Is there a software update to correct this? I drive a 2015 Toyota Highlander.

@Support Dasaita I installed the update and it aborted the update on the screen and now my unit does this and looks like this. It keeps beeping with the reset button doing nothing. It's a thin blue line up top. 
Commenting for anyone following the thread:
Dasaita has not offered to make things right. The unit is fried. I formatted my USB correctly. I put the correct zip file on the thumb drive. I clicked install correctly (following their videos). I am not sure why my unit said corruption abort midway through update, but it refuses to work now. Being brand new, I want to do a warranty replacement, but I have not received any responses. Just an FYI for anyone following along.
@Drew J Please let us know if you could send us the followin photo to show the screen area number, we may need to guide you an update of the screen area.
