Dear friends, I'm downloading the software update for PX6 Android 9 RK3399 MAX6 via both links (here and in firmware section) and there is no update.zip file in the package. I've tried to repack the contents of the archive in several ways into the update.zip file, but the device doesn't recognize it.
How to do it right? Which files should be in the update.zip file? Should it be one of the folders in the downloaded file or all of the files in the final direction?
Hi I bought a max6 back in 2019. After constant crashing and instability I decided to refresh my install.
I can't access anything anymore.
It at least starts up but everything is glitchy.
And I cannot access the Google Play store.
Can I update this unit? It was working great until recently.

Hi Michael,
No worries, did the unit still the same issue before?
Hi, I downloaded the G12 package (20241126) to upgrade my device. When I try to install, I get package read error. The USB KEY has been formatted in FAT32 several times and the installation procedure repeated several times with the same result, "ERROR IN READING THE UPDATE.ZIP PACKET. If possible, please download the installation package via OTA. Thank you.
The latest updates fails but beta works.
Dear DASAITA, would be appreciated a reply to my post. Thanks
@Antonio Catalano try buying a new USB 2.0 i bought a walmart Onn brand because my older USB 3.0 gave me that same error
@Philip Figueroa My USB Key is a 2.0. Installation also performed using a new KEY 2.0 and the installation failed anyway. I think it is appropriate that firmware updates should also be distributed via OTA in order to eliminate similar problems to mine and other users. Thank you for the suggestion.
@Antonio Catalano
Hello,
Thank you for your contact.
Usually we use the USB driver (FAT32 Format) to update the firmware.
Can your USB Key 2.0 be recognized the USB music on Dasaita unit?
If yes, please check if the firmware format is correct. The name of file is Update.zip
Please send a picture of your file details, thank you.

Formatted two USB KEY 2.0 in FAT32. One already used and one brand new.
"Can your USB Key 2.0 be recognized the USB music on Dasaita unit?"
Yes
"If yes, please check if the firmware format is correct. The name of file is Update.zip"
Procedure known and performed as indicated in other posts. Already done for other problems without any problem
"Please send a picture of your file details, thank you."
as soon as possible
Thanks
@Antonio Catalano No problem, we remain at your service.
I downloaded this file two times:
I used two different USB KEY formatted in FAT32 and same result. Error 21

Looking forward to your feedback

Thank you!
@MICHAEL VASQUEZ @MICHAEL VASQUEZ I have already made other updates using the same port and procedure. The factory port is connected to the cables coming from the back of the G12.
Hello, I deleted Zlink by mistake on MAX11 PX6 , is it possible to provide me with the APK of the latest version? Thanks
@Antonio Catalano I had the exact same problem, and I just found out that the Update.zip for the G12 november update is in fact a zip within a zip. If you unzip it, you'll find a 2024.11.26 folder, and inside it the correct Update.zip file. I just upgraded my G12 and everything seems ok, for now 🤞.
@Dario Orlandi Thank you for your update. it’s exactly as you described. As soon as I have time I will make update of the G12. Thanks😀
