What screen is showing when the rear camera won't turn on? Black screen or exclamation point?

No screen pops up.
If im on the radio app and go into reverse, nothing happens. It stays on the app and continues to play music. Same thing for any other app.

For this issue, please notice to turn off the car and check the trigger wire C to C1 or C to C2 connected properly.
@Support Dasaita hello, i checked wire is connected. I tried c2 instead and problem still persists
