We are wondering if you need Mirroring App.
If YES, please try to do as follows:
Settings > Car > Factory settings(password :126) > App > Mirroring(select "YES") > Apply > Exit > Reboot.
No this app was installed by you guys when I purchased the radio. I would like to reinstall it

Hello.
Please try to use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Button for 15 seconds to enter the recovery interface to do the factory reset.
(Tap "Wipe data/factory reset" > "Factory data reset" > "Reboot the system now".)

I have found the app. It is called Access from Network. It is found inside the File Manager+.
It is used to access your Android radio wirelessly from your Pc or from your cell phone or tablet.
It is easy to do and makes it easy to put music and videos on the hard drive of your Android/Carplay radio.
