For your information, the steering wheel buttons can be programmed to the skip forward or skip backword buttons.
Is there any display on the screen when you turned on the air conditioner?
@Support Dasaita The keys work when using Outertune. They also work when using Amazon music installed on the head unit however they don't work when using Amazon music from CarPlay. They don't work with CarPlay, YouTube, YouTube music, Paramount plus or Pluto TV. They do work with Prime Video and VLC.
There is no display about the a/c on the screen when it is turned on.
@Support Dasaita yes I have the buttons programmed on the steering wheel to skip forward and backwards. These are the buttons I have been referring to. The skip buttons work by clicking them directly within the app but not with the steering wheel keys on the apps I described above.
@Support Dasaita as you can see in the picture below the a/c is on but nothing displays on the screen.

Please double check if A/C information display 1 second on screen when you on the A/C . It won't display all the time.

Our technical support replied that this issue is normal for the skip forward and backwards button.Some apps do not support to skip.
@Support Dasaita The door information works fine. I flashed the firmware but still do not have any type of a/c displayed on the screen. Not even for a second.

Here is the steps of how to logcan the data of A/C on Dasaita unit:
*Please record a clear video of the whole logcan operation
1.Please go Settings>Car>Factory Settings> Password is Logcan .
2.Please turn on the A/C in your vehicle. If possible, please turn on A/C several times to obtain more data.
3.Then click "Save "and then "Exit" .Go to the filebrower to find the CANBUS files ，copy it to the USB driver and send it to us.
