Issues with HERE We Go

  I have a Dasaita Vivid installed on a Toyota Auris.
  
  I usually use Waze for navigation, but sometimes I go to places were there's no phone signal. On these occasions I use Here We Go, since it allows me to download offline maps.

  The issue I'm facing is that as soon as I add a route to Here, the position stops updating. I have noticed that if I open Waze or Maps and keep them running in the background it updates (not smoothly, but it mostly works). 

  If there's no other navigation app open in the background, then the GPS position on Here does not update.

  I also tried to use Sygic to have offline maps, but the app fails to start.

  Any idea of what could be happening?

  We couldn't locate this order ID# SP-DA366,please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:

  1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.

  2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
