Wi-Fi won’t connect after factory reset

  • I recently factory reset my head unit to try and fix the Bluetooth connectivity problem I was having and now I get the "Inactivated, click to activate" error in the Zlink app. I click to connect to my Wi-Fi and then it fails to connect to any Wi-Fi I try to connect to. I've ensured the headunits Wi-Fi is turned on and that airplane mode is off. I've ensured on my router and it's allowed to connect.

1.Download the document through the link on your computer/laptop.

(Do not rename and Unzip the file)

2.Format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)before copying the Update.zip file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.

(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")
