zlink/carplay crash repeatedly


  • @Support Dasaita Hello, done and same result. I thought this was an upgrade of last firmware you gave me, but... it is a DOWNGRADE to a version of 2023:

     


  • @Alex Twin We are afraid it's hardware-related issue, you could go to clear all the bluetooth connected device on your phone and then go to Apps and clear the cache on your phone to see if it will improve, if no luck, it should be hardware issue.


  • @Support Dasaita Each time I reinstall a new firmware version I do those things and there are not improvements.

    If you say it is a hardware problem... what can we do???
