@Support Dasaita Hello, done and same result. I thought this was an upgrade of last firmware you gave me, but... it is a DOWNGRADE to a version of 2023:

@Alex Twin We are afraid it's hardware-related issue, you could go to clear all the bluetooth connected device on your phone and then go to Apps and clear the cache on your phone to see if it will improve, if no luck, it should be hardware issue.
@Support Dasaita Each time I reinstall a new firmware version I do those things and there are not improvements.
If you say it is a hardware problem... what can we do???
Best regards
@Alex Twin We are wondering if you consider ordering a G13 radio which is hight quality.
@Support Dasaita and what if the problem persist with the G13 radio??
I am reading in several forums thar heat unit firmware need to be updated due to the protocol and handshake changes that Apple introduced in the iPhone 17 series chips, which made the previous firmware unusable.
I don´t know if @Support Dasaita tried tu use an iphone 17 with your head units and see the dissconnections we are talking about. I am pretty sure I am no the only one who has this problem.
I hope you can release an update, because wirh my HEAD UNIT I have never had this kind of problem. So It is a firmware problem.
Please try to help us to make our DASAITA functional again
Thanks
@Alex Twin G13 supports the IOS26, you could feel free to order one.
@Support Dasaita Hello. It is not a problem with iOS version. I was using my old Iphone 11 with iOS 26 with no problems. As I explined in my last post, the problem are related with new iPHONES 17, where Apple changed the protocol and handshake with new iphone chips.
Other headunit manufactures, have updated the firmwares and they fixed the disconnection problems
@Alex Twin You could try the Vivid10(20250401) and inspect if there is any change:
@Support Dasaita That firmware was installed 1 month ago as you can see in this post:

You can see also in the following post, it is not a problem with my headunit. There is another user who also posted here in this forum saying he installed the same version and he has the same issue:

@Alex Twin The firmware version from April 1st, 2025 is indeed the final and latest version available. We really regret that it's not fully compatible with the Iphone 17. We sincerely regret to inform you that our original manufacturing partner for the Android 10 platform is no longer in cooperation with us. As a result, we are unable to develop or release any new firmware updates for the Android 10.
Thank you for your understanding.
as soon as I try to connect to car play my bluetooth goes off, I just bougt this stereo should I just return it and forget about this Dasaita13 ??? sems that there is no fixing about this issue.
@Vicente Pacheco Please send us your order so that we could locate the order detail and then give you instruction.
