Issues with playing music on Android Auto/Apple Play


  • I have the vivid 11 and this issue has been going on ever since I upgraded my system a while back. I have been working around it all this while but it would be nice to fix it.

    1. When I connect to android auto, and I hit play on any music app, it will show as though its playing but no sound comes through. This is where I have to pause it on my phone or the android auto screen, go back to the home screen(picture 2) and hit play there a couple of times and it finally starts playing the music. Now I can go back and continue listening on android auto.

    2. If I get a message or send a message on whatsapp or any other messaging app, the music stop playing and now I have to go through Step 1 all over again. 

    3. My auto connect still does not work with Apple devices, it works most of the times with my Android device.

  • @Naveen Thomas In this case, we suggest you could update the firmware to the latest version and see if the issue will be fixed or not.
