    4.Please ONLY put update.zip file in the root directory of the USB drive/SD card, and then insert the USB drive into the USB cable.

    5.Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select Wipe data/factory reset.

    6.After then, insert the USB drive to the USB cable and re-enter the recovery mode > click "Apply update from SD card or USB" > click "from USB storage" > System update.

  • So frustrated I cannot get this to work. Is their anyone at a store or distributor that can assist.

    Dear customer,
    Thank you for contacting Dasaita.
    Here are the trouble shootings:
    1.Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;

    NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click.

    2.Please remove all the wiring and then reconnect the unit.

  • Is there anyone that can help me?  I paid a lot of money for this and absolutely nothing works. No music no CarPlay just a continuous loop of loading and failing.
