This disconnection problem occurs specifically when connecting iPhones running iOS 26 to the head unit via Zlink (Wireless CarPlay).
Please be assured that this intermittent disconnection is not a system defect of the G13 / Vivid 13 head unit, nor is it caused by hardware damage or faulty wiring. The issue is related to version compatibility between iOS 26 and the Zlink application, and can be easily resolved with a quick software update.
