The supplied canbus adapter, has never worked with the steering wheel controls, also occasionally the apps restart themselves.

Steps:
1.Download both files on computer.(keep names & zipped).
2.Copy file①② to a FAT32 USB drive (root folder).
3.Insert the USB drive into the device→ follow prompts → tick "Wipe data and format flash".

Thank you for the update. In the steps, it is mentioned both/2 files, however the dropbox link only has 1 zipped file. Is there a second file I need to download ?
