i just installed my generic unit and the radio reception is terrible. current radio region is set at China
1. the FM tuner cannot tune to any staton
2. if the tuner is working, it will stop working after 1 min
3. unable to save stored radio station presets
please help
@chee meng chue does china and Singapore have the same radio frequency range? If so...you can use the china one.
Make sure that you have correctly installed your car stock antenna to the headunit.
@chee meng chue which generic headunit? can you share model and installed firmware?

i have installed all cables that comes with the unit. some stations are able to capture. rest not able to.

@chee meng chue Which Car model do you have. Most of the Cars need an adapter for the antenna amplifier...
@Iker Gomez i have a 2017 Honda Civic FC. i think the adapter ??? was not included???
it should be....do you have a picture of the adapter plug and how it is connected to your unit?
