I preformed a factory reset and the Zlink APK file is missing. When I check my firmware, my vivid 11 says its up to date. Everything else on the unit seems fine, but no wireless Android Auto.

@Jon Tuttle check on the factory settings (first tab of options) if you have CarPlay settings activated.
Reboot and your zlink app will be unhidden

settings>car settings>factory settings>App>CarPlay>Zlink
I don't think this was the default setting and it really confusing for non apple users since we don't use CarPlay .
