Sound stopped working

  Hello, is there a way to get some support over here? No topics of mine were responded to.

  I have MAX10 Android 10 honda civic 2007 headunit. Everything works, but the sound stopped working. I did a factory reset and also tried to update firmware. Still not working. I know it is not my speakers because i tried putting in the stock radio and it works fine.

  So what do I do with DASAITA?

  Do I just throw this unit away because it stopped working? Is the internal amplified dead? PLEASE HELP

  @Ryan M does your car have amplifier? (Like Bose, JBL,....) If so...check the canbus you have selected on factory settings.
