OK , i got the update to install, I had to place ONLY the zip file by itself on the thumb drive , i will let you know if the Audio issues are resolved after some testing . Thanks
This is the USB drive after i removed it from the radio , notice that the radio wrote files to the USB but the radio could not recognize the update
