I have a problem with my qashquai 2019 tekna+. I received g13 radio, all working fine, but the 360 camera not work. i don't see image. all camera it's off. i try with change canbus as illustrated in the sheets inside the box but it doesn't work. how can i fix it?

Could you please confirm if the CAMIN cable is connected to the camera.
Please make sure the setting is correct:
settings > car > factory setting (Password: 126) > CANBUS > choose the CANBUS option is 10 > apply > exit > restart
settings > car> Extra settings >Show 360 button on display
CAMIN cable is right connected.
the cambus is correct CB068 the cables are all correctly connected
tomorrow I'll check canbus options again, but I've checked them several times.

I apologize for the delay in responding, but I haven't had a chance to check everything until today. The camera works now, but the quality is much lower than the original radio, and often when I take the reverse gear off, the 360° camera screen remains. Any solutions?
