If your factory reverse camera displays a black screen with a yellow exclamation mark, we want to inform you about our two camera plugs: NO 4 and NO 4-1. Please note that if your car is compatible with NO 4, the corresponding yellow plug must be connected at the same time. Similarly, for NO 4-1, the same rule applies.
4.1 does not fit only the 4. I have a 2019 limited w the jbl. Let me know another recommendation, thank you.
@Corbin Adams Hi, do you mean that neither No.4 nor No.4.1 fit your factory camera plug? Please kindly send us photos to show the OEM head unit, including a front and back side photo. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
The No.4 harness fits but the backup camera is not working. The 4.1 harness doesn't fit any wiring from the car.
@Corbin Adams We are wondering if you could go to the Factory settings > enter 126 > Other and then enable the "Prohibit reverse".
If no luck, show us how you wire the cable, we will diagnose accordingly.
I have gone to the factory settings and tried that and no luck. I will take a picture of the wiring set up.

@Corbin Adams It seems that the wirings is correct, we are wondering if you could see anything on the FCAM apps on the main page?
What is the FCAM main page?
@Corbin Adams Or you could turn on the AV IN to see if there is reverse image?
is that a setting on the radio?
@Corbin Adams We are afraid that the label on the wire is wrong. If you could see any image on the AV IN or Fcam, it seems that the you need to connect the camera cable with the video in to make the rear camera work.
To enable Fcam app, please go to Factory Settings > enter 126 > other > toggle on Front camera

Would you kindly send us photos of the wirings and make sure if your car is compatible with NO 4, the corresponding yellow plug must be connected at the same time.
