Reverse camera doesn't work when I put it on reverse. It works in the F-cam.

You likely connected the camera output to the wrong input when installing. There are a couple of camera inputs (yellow RCA connectors). Easy to mix them up.
@Mark Evans We are wondering if the cable that you connected is CB047, if yes, please kindly check if you have connected the wire C has been connected with the wire C1 or C2. (wire C is for reverse trigger)
