We have recently received feedback from some customers that after installing our head unit, the "Previous" and "Next" track buttons on the steering wheel control are reversed. When you press the "Previous" button, it skips to the next track, and vice versa.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
Settings>Car >Factory Settings>126>CANBUS>SWAP> Swap/Normal>Save>Reboot
