Unable to get internet connectivity


  • Hi,

    I’m having an issue with mobile data on my new Dasaita head unit.

     

    • I’ve installed a T-Mobile SIM
    • The unit recognizes the SIM
    • I’m able to make and receive calls
    • Mobile data is enabled
    • APN settings are correct (fast.t-mobile.com)
    • I’ve even reinstalled my previous unit using the same SIM and cables, and data works fine on that older unit

     

     

    This is my second Dasaita unit. The first one had other issues (unrelated to the SIM), but data worked perfectly. With this new unit, I can’t get any internet access even though everything else appears to be working.

    I’m open to any suggestions at this point, but if I can’t get this resolved soon, I’ll be returning it.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • I've also updated to the latest firmware (20250401 Release) and am still having the same issue.
