I have a G13 with Vivid 13 firmware installed (telenav_scout_SC138-13.0_ota(20250401)). After installing it and setting it up the firmware, I ran the play store updates for installed apps. When the radio is rebooted, it reverts updated playstore apps to the previous version from the firmware.
Also, when the radio reboots, it changes the pinned apps. It returns the NOVO app to the pinned apps and also switches the default maps back and forth between google and the scout maps.
It does not allow to uninstall the Novo app.

If you don't would like to use the NOVO app,please go Vivid settings to Off Novo.
If not luck,please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
