My unit it a few years old. I had the big update a year ago or so everything was working fine now apple car play wont connect.. bluetooth wont connect.. i followed trouble shooting steps did a reset to factory setting.. still no luck.. now i cannot do a system update always says failed to check for an update. the system is on the old orginal system. Wifi will connect but thats it. im thinking i need to update the firmware. how do i go about getting the download file to put on a USB drive to update this?
