1.) & 4.)You should make sure that the cable is MFI and you should connect the Phone link cable of the unit.
2.) Please go to the launcher settings > Features > General > auto return home page and set other time.
5.) You should go to carplay's background connection and toggle off the button.
6.) If we have struggled in settling the issue, but still no luck, we are wondering if you could accept replace the item, this is new manufacturer whose product is of high quality and the situation is randomly. Just hope you could give us a try.
