Why doesn't GPS work？

  1. Please ensure that the GPS module is tightly fastened
  2. Please enter GPS apps and check the signal of GPS
  3. Make sure that the GPS module is placed on the A-pillar of your car

  *Please note other electronic devices in your car may interfere with the GPS signal. To avoid this, please try to turn off any other electronic devices in the car during your trip.

  GPS apps?  what is the gps app for offline apps.  Please give step by step like what app to go into.

  @Mike Justis Please go to Settings > Car > Navigation > GPS monitor to see the GPS signal. This is what we mean GPS app.
