@Luke Jensen Hi customer, could you further demonstrate your issue in a picture or video? Do you mean that the head unit's screen is hard to see instead of totally black?

As I said before when I do the reset the camand propt does not come up it goes strait to selecting language when I can get the screen to work

Thanks for your reply.  The USB adapter does not have a female connector that will mate with any of the male connectors on my truck harness.

Same car, same issue - I'm not sure about the software versions, but everything is up to date, so probably they are the same ... This issue is very very annoying !!!!
