2017 backup camera isn’t working

  I made sure all the connections are good. Everything is correct. Especially for the backup camera but nothing is working. I connected my old head unit and that back up camera works.

  i need help. Is it the wires that came with the new head unit?

  Check if the Reverse Camera is Enabled on Factory Settings:

   Settings - Vehicle - Factory Settings (pass:126) - Others

  you will find a setting for the Reverse Camera there.

  If, efter enabling it, it still does not work, try the following:

  Backup camera is controlled by the CanBus box. Check if your Canbus box is properly configured to your Car Brand/Model and Manufacturer of the CanBus Box.

   Settings - Vehicle - Factory Settings (pass:126) - canBus

  Hello,

  Please  notice to connect the yellow cam vin of audio output & cam vin cable and connect the CANBUS .

  

  

  If it is still not luck,please the below information:

  1.Order ID 

  2. A picture of your OEM unit.

  3.Some pictures for your connection.
