I've got a 2011 Toyota Venza (with screen, nav, JBL). I'm not getting any sound out of my rear speakers, only the fronts.
I've tried with and without the RCA harness accessory.
I've checked the Amplifier settings and ensured everything is unmuted, and moved the positioning to the center.

Additionally -- what's the correct CANBUS setting in factory settings? I noticed currently it's set to none. My order came with Simple soft RP5-TY-102.
These are the compatible toyotas for this canbus kit. Try any of these models under "simple" manufacturer and check which of them works better with the most features.

I purchase the Dasaita Android 13 Radio for Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2018 a couple weeks ago. I have the steering wheel controls, rear view camera, and JBL Amplifier.

I have sound only in the front speakers. Also, the radio does not detect when I go in reverse. Any recommendations on how I can resolve these issues.

Regarding to car with JBL, please try to go "Amplifier App > Delay > Auto > All" to move the crosshair to the center to check if all speakers have sound normally.
If no luck, then please switch to "Manual > All" to see how it goes.
2.
To further confirm, please tell us what it shows on screen when you put in reverse gear.
Is it an exclamation mark with black screen?

Rear speakers are working, thanks for the assistance.
Rear view camera: No black screen with an exclamation mark. If I have the normal boot-up screen loaded, when I place it into reverse, it changes the background. I hope that helps. I will also send this via email.
