I messed up my headunit trying to update it. Now it seems to boot normally but the display is 100% blank.
I've read through the forum but haven't been able to find a fix. I think what I am looking for is the correct firmware .img.

Hello,
I have a Dasaita PX6 unit based on RK3399 with MTCE board. The unit is currently soft-bricked, and I cannot recover it using OTA update.zip
files.
I am looking for the full firmware in .img
format (compatible with RKDevTool), including the necessary config.cfg
and RKLoader.bin
.
Android 10, 11 or 12 is fine — I just need a clean, universal or compatible base firmware to restore the unit via USB flashing.
If possible, please share a valid download link or let me know how to get it.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Best regards,

Here are some tips to help you get the work done:
1.Download the document via your computer/laptop.Make sure to format the USB drive(FAT32 Format) before copying the update file to it.
2.Please ONLY put Update.zip file in the root directory of the USB drive(Do not rename the file),then insert the USB drive into the USB cable.
3. Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select system updated ;

@Luis Laborde
Hello,
Thank you for your contact.
Based on the information you provided, it is the same system on your head unit.
We don't sugges to update the system if the unit goes well.
@Support Dasaita
is there a better update for the unit?
Can you please fix the Max 10 px6 firmware to be able to not be detected as rooted? I'm unable to use a few apps, specifically Disney plus and the current Apple Music says I can't use it due to detecting a root.
asked this about a month ago now, any updates? @Quick Yuan@Support Dasaita
@Luis Laborde
Hello,
Is any issue on your head unit ?
@tone T
Hello,
Thank you for your contact.
Please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
@Support Dasaita
I was hoping that the firmware update would fix the delay when the side view camera is activated, the button delay from the sterring wheel and default connection to my phone be car play and not bluetooth handsfree
do you have any suggestions
@Luis Laborde
Hello,
Thank you for your kind reply.
For the delay for the side view camera and steering wheel controls, a delay of 3 to 5 seconds is normal. Because these original vehicle functions are transmitted through the CANBUS for aftermarket head unit.
If you would like to connect the CarPlay automactically,please go to the Carplay APP >Settings>Background connections>ON .
We remain at your service.
@Support Dasaita
Thank you for the reply, but I think there has been a misunderstanding.
My unit does not show anything on screen at all — no logo, no recovery, no access to Android. It stays completely black.
Because of that, I cannot use any update.zip file via USB drive. That method only works when the system is at least partially booting, which is not my case.
The only method I can use is flashing via PC and USB cable, using AndroidTool or FactoryTool in MaskROM mode.
Please, I need the full firmware files for this PX6 unit:
PX6 RK3399 – model NA02HP6DUN1024 – resolution 1280x720 – Android 10
I need the loader, firmware.img, and if possible the parameter/config files needed for flashing via PC.
This is the only way to recover the unit right now.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
@Rayo Pizarreno
Hello,
Thank you for your contact .
For the PX6 andriod 10 , it is the latest version on your head unit.
You could try to find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;
NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click
As the new system is introduced, we will gradually stop supporting older devices to ensure that the new system can run better on new devices while protecting the data security and device performance of users of older devices.
We're always at your service if you need any other helps.
@Support Dasaita
Hello again,
Please read this carefully.
I do NOT need an update.zip file for USB drive. I cannot use a USB pendrive. That method is useless for me.
My head unit is completely dead.
The screen is always black. No logo, no Android, no recovery. Nothing.
I cannot enter factory mode or recovery menu.
I have already tested everything, including opening the unit and checking all internal connections.
The only thing that works (sometimes) is that my PC detects the unit via USB cable in MaskROM mode.
So, again:
I do NOT need a .zip file
I do NOT need to press RST or try factory reset
I do NOT use a USB drive
I do NOT have access to the screen
What I really need is the full firmware pack for flashing via PC using USB cable, with AndroidTool or FactoryTool.
Please send me the correct files for PX6 RK3399 – model NA02HP6DUN1024 – 1280x720:
loader file
firmware.img
parameter or config file (if needed)
This is the only possible method to restore my unit.
Thanks for your help.

From the last message
For the delay for the side view camera and steering wheel controls, a delay of 3 to 5 seconds is normal. Because these original vehicle functions are transmitted through the CANBUS for aftermarket head unit.
is there really no way to minimize this a little more or disable the locking of skip button when turning
If you would like to connect the CarPlay automactically,please go to the Carplay APP >Settings>Background connections>ON .
I do now see this setting anywhere, not on phone, not on head unit settings, not on carplay settings
@Support Dasaita I am currently on the most recent update you guys released a couple years ago. I believe we need a new update to fix this problem with the root being detected causing newer apps to not function due to root being detected.
