  2. Find your order in the list.
  3. Select problem with order.
  4. Choose your topic from list displayed.
  5. Select Contact seller.

  Contacting us Pre-order:

  1. On the product detail page, select the name of the seller(Like dasaita official store).
  2. On the next page, select Ask a Question.
  3. Select the appropriate options in the Seller Messaging Assistant chat or fill out the contact form.

  Hello,

  I purchased my radio on your store. I have emailed the above office email multiple times and yet, no one writes me back to help me with the radio. How do I get someone, anyone, to help me?
