Hello,
I purchased my radio on your store. I have emailed the above office email multiple times and yet, no one writes me back to help me with the radio. How do I get someone, anyone, to help me?

Hi There,
I have a 2016 Honda Civic EX, and I purchased the Dasaita G13 through eBay. After updating to the latest software, I started experiencing issues with the CAN bus, steering wheel controls, and other malfunctions. I was wondering if you could send me the MCU update so I can fix these issues.

Hi @Honda Civic , could you kindly further demonstrate your canbus related issue so that we could better assist you?

Hello! Excellent device! Fits like a glove for mi Nissan X-Trail Rogue 2016! The only thing I would really like is a function to turn on the media without turning on the ignition and running the engine. I bought a power button. With it, you can turn the media on and off as needed. The battery on the X-Trail Rogue is quite large, and ten to 30 minutes of operation does not drain it. Which wires on the device need to be connected to a constant power source? Or other options?
Thank You for Help!
@Serge If you have an external power switch, you could connect it to the constant power source (B+) and then connect the car stereo's ACC wire to this switch. This would allow you to manually turn the stereo on/off using the switch, without needing to turn the car's ignition on or off.
Please note that while this method is possible, we do not recommend it. It's a risk of Battery Drain and may cause uncertain System Stability.

@Support Dasaita

Hello,

Hello,
I own a Dasaita G13 (QCM6125 Android 13) and I would like to migrate to the official Vivid13 firmware.
My unit information is:
Build:
QCM6125 13 S10A_123 eng.hct.20250903.173632 EAU-V1
MCU:
MTCHS_HA4Z_V4.16f_1
Could you please confirm if my unit is compatible with the official Vivid13 firmware and provide the correct firmware package for my device?
I also have one additional question.
Is it possible to reassign the physical buttons on the left side of the unit (for example MUSIC, RADIO, etc.) so that they launch different applications of my choice instead of the default apps? If this is possible, could you please explain how to do it?
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
José Domingues
