  • Hi There,

I have a 2016 Honda Civic EX, and I purchased the Dasaita G13 through eBay. After updating to the latest software, I started experiencing issues with the CAN bus, steering wheel controls, and other malfunctions. I was wondering if you could send me the MCU update so I can fix these issues.

  • Hi @Honda Civic , could you kindly further demonstrate your canbus related issue so that we could better assist you?

  • Hello! Excellent device! Fits like a glove for mi Nissan X-Trail Rogue 2016! The only thing I would really like is a function to turn on the media without turning on the ignition and running the engine. I bought a power button. With it, you can turn the media on and off as needed. The battery on the X-Trail Rogue is quite large, and ten to 30 minutes of operation does not drain it. Which wires on the device need to be connected to a constant power source?  Or other options?

    Thank You for Help!

  • @Serge If you have an external power switch, you could connect it to the constant power source (B+) and then connect the car stereo's ACC wire to this switch. This would allow you to manually turn the stereo on/off using the switch, without needing to turn the car's ignition on or off.

Please note that while this method is possible, we do not recommend it. It's a risk of Battery Drain and may cause uncertain System Stability.
