@Support Dasaita I tried the update and it failed for both.  I am using a USB stick that was formatted to FAT32. I copied both files on just ask the instructions say.

I try and connect to my OBDII device that is installed in my car. I can connect to it without issue using the phone. But the G13 will not connect.
