  • Support Dasaita I sent to your email.

  • @Support Dasaita BT calls and Zlink still worked fine for me after the "Bluetooth stopped" prompt pops up and I dismiss. But it keeps coming up repeatedly.

I also cleared cache on Bluetooth app and still got the alerts.

There are multiple reports of this still happening with the Vivid 717 update, so it's still a system issue that isn't fixed.

For now I rolled back to the old Max 10 which doesn't have this issue.

  • @Elite Android , I confirm having the same issue regarding Bluetooth pop up. It's really annoying.

  • @Support Dasaita I still have the same problem.

  • try to clear the cache in the bootmenu , i mean when you press the reset botton on you car screen hold it till all the lights are blinkin , then you get the bootmenu  in that menu clear the cache after that reboot to system again. that worked for me

  • That blueooth error has been fixed on the 20230801 and later (if any) versions. Check on the Firmware download section

  • @Support Dasaita

Regarding the BT issue, specifically with Android Auto, I installed the latest upgrade:

    scout OS3.4

    telenav_s4c_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230731)

    https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/keamd1e2phuw39qwbt4yb/update.zip?rlkey=t5uh3dr608z00j8zrgzj36w85&dl=0

To review, The phone and headunit BT pair to each other immediately. Then the phone seems to have a notification of "Searching for AA".  I finally figured out that if you let the phone and head unit sit for about 5 minutes, sometimes more, Z-Link will eventually start AA on the head unit. I think this started after an AA software update about a few months ago. Before that time, AA and Zlink worked perfectly. It does the same now wirelessly or via USB.

I found that if I clear the storage for the AA app on the phone, Zlink will immediately connect - but only the first time. Of course you have to setup AA for all your connected cars again.

When this delay occurs, BT is paired to the headunit and the phone.

No problem with the phone on other car's head units. They all pair and start AA immediately.

Previous version I had running was Scout 10 Version OS3.4 telenav_s4c_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230512)

Any advice? I cannot seem to find anyway on the headunit to clear the cache for AA, Zlink or BT on the headunit itself? Clearing the BT or AA cache on the phone does not help. I tried unpairing the phone on both the phone and head unit - no help. Only thing that helps is clearing storage on AA on the phone and that only helps the first time it pair up - after that it take over 5 minutes for Z-Link to pair.

  • @Support Dasaita bluetooth problem solved. Thanks..

  • I'm hoping that I could get the MTCH_HCT V3.89a_1 MCU or anything equivalent (what I should have had stock). I have a PX6 Android 11 1080p unit and wanted to change the rom to Vivid 11 but download and installed the MTCH_HA_V3.8 file which I shouldn't have, and im assuming was made for a different resolution unit. I think this can be saved. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

  • I need the firmware on this link, seems like the content of the link is gone.

  • @Support Dasaita

Same issue with BT as Flame Red reported.

    Mine with VIVID11 5.10.3468

Clear cache or/and reset wifi-mobile-network not working.

At phone appear "looking for Android Auto" but nothing appears on Zlink. In some forums says change shutdown time from 5 min to 30 seconds but this is not working also.

In my personal case even I wait 10 minutes or more AA is not connecting to Zlink (dasaita)

  • @Support Dasaita

I tried the following per your recommendations:

    1. Go to: Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Bluetooth > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache

At the above, "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache" were greyed out. so I went with #2.

2.Go to: Settings > System > Reset Option > Reset Wifi, Mobile & Bluetooth

The above did not help. Same VERY long wait of over 5 minutes and Android Auto would start eventually. It BT pairs immediately, but Zlink does not start AA for a long, long time.

If I clear Storage on the Andriod Auto app, Zlink starts immediately - but only the first time. After power down of the head unit, the second time, it again takes a very long time 🙃

    Any other suggestions?
