@Tony Ye Is windows 11 the right version we need to use ... or can we use an older one like a windows 7 to install these drivers and restore my Unit. My Issue is i tried an updated from Andriod 10 to 11 and the system starts saying 11 andiod system ... the dasiata logo comes on and nothing after that just gets stuck there. Tried multiple times but never got to the recovery screen. Also another question if the headunit is at stuck at that logo .. how would i know that the unit gets recognized at my computer ... any help would be appriciated thanks you

You could flash the system but it is a little complicated. Please kindly refer to the steps below first.
1.After starting the machine, use the single-plug USB cable to connect the machine with the computer.
2.Open “FactoryTool.exe”, click “Firmware” option to choose the file of system version for burning.
3.After finishing the loading of firmware file, please choose “Restore”option, and then click “Run” button.
4.Long press “RST” button with a pin tool until the lights on the panel buttons flashing three times, then extinguishing for a while and lightening again. At this moment, you can release the “RST” button.(If there is a physical shutdown button, it can also be operated) Next, FactoryTool software will start the burning process automatically.
If the burning process fails, please power off the machine and then turn it on and repeat the operations above.
